Summary: The first of the trilogy, Sands Of Time, is one of my favorite games of all time. After selling my PS2, and my only copy of the game, I had to find another console/system to purchase the game for. Considering the amazing price of this trilogy and the high quality of these games, this was pretty much a no-brainer. While I feel that the 2nd and 3rd games aren't quite as good as the original, they are still very solid games that are worth playing.
Summary: I'd been in the mood for something other than the FPSs I've been playing for the past several months when I ran across the PoPSoT package. I vaguely remembered playing the original and thought it was okay so for the price I figured what the heck even though I wasn't going to replay the first one. When I got the box I loaded Warrior Within on my Win 7 machine a little worried that I'd have problems when it said it was compatible with XP through Win 98..
Summary: I built a gaming PC last year, so I am slowly make the transition from console to PC. That is to say I do not have many PC games. The Sands of Time is one of my favorite games of all time, so I had to have it. This is one of the few times I did not consider price, but I am thrilled that it was so cheap (I think $7). I installed all of the games and they look great on the highest settings, but the most important thing is that they work.
Summary: All three games were passable, and the parkour was decent, but the combat is really not the best. The first game in this trilogy was the best despite certain cartoonish aspects of the graphics. The second and third games were visually more pleasing, but the combat system wasn't much improved (and in some ways not as good as the original). Worth a look if you like older games, but don't break the bank on this one.
