Summary: Awesome game! I was obsessed with playing this game. Had withdrawl when I couldn't play. Thought of it when I went to bed and when I woke up. Finished in 28 days I played it that much. This is one of my top three games.
Pros: Challenging, Easy to Learn, Gameplay, Graphics, Great Sound
Summary: Prey is an incredibly under-rated FPS game that never really found much of an audience but is a very unique and rather fun game that, while too easy, has some very clever sci-fi ideas and some great graphics. Most noticeable about this game is that it is one of the few games to be about Native Americans and their way of live; you are an Indian man who is in a bar when suddenly a portal opens in the middle of the room and you are dragged into it.
Prey: A true insight into an Alien invasion of Earth!
16 July 2009
Excerpt: "...there isn't! For it's price Prey is worth every penny! Prey is an interesting look at how an alien invasion of Earth could pan out. The gamer plays a character called Tommy (and average Cheraki indian man) ,who works in a bar with his grandfather and Jen (a girl he secretly adores, but finds it terribly difficult to tell her) Tommy isn't like other people however, he has the ability to "Spirit Walk" which basically means he can exit his body and ...
Pros: Stunning Graphics, Interesting Plot, Challenging Puzzles and the ability to walk on the ceiling !
Summary: Although Prey has fantastic graphics and generally enjoyable game play, it's the kind of game best played under the influence of mind-bending drugs, since that's the only way you'll ever understand the plot. You play as Domasi Tawodi, a Cherokee garage mechanic who is abducted by aliens. Yes, I'm afraid you heard me right, a Cherokee Indian abducted by aliens.
Pros: Excellent graphics and enjoyable game play
Cons: An infuriating plot and a highly frustrating case of nigh immortality
Excerpt: "This game is sound enough, you play as the Indian character, Tommy the hero. You are in a bar with your grandad and girlfriend, when all hell breaks loose and you are transported onto a alien ship, from that point on you have to wipe out hordes of alien scum demonically possed kids and al sorts of other freaky monsters. You can pass between the physical world and the spirit world, which comes in handy as you are playing through the game, weapons nice ...
Excerpt: "Being a fan of the FPS genre I was looking forward to Prey, especially having heard the praise about it's graphics. Unfortunately it turned out to be a disappointment. You take on the role of Cherokee mechanic Tommy. Whilst in his girlfriend's bar aliens attack and you are abducted along with your girlfriend and grandfather. You manage to break free from the alien device holding you and set off to free your grandfather and girlfriend. Unfortunately ...

Summary: The link isn't working for me.p; Anyway... I've read a few reviews, seen a few of the pictures and this looks awesome. Granted it looks very similar to Doom 3, but it still looks like it could be a great game. I may have to purchase this eventually. ...
Conclusion: Prey is a great game and features a unique gameplay style. You have the ability on Prey to walk on wall platforms so you can walk upside down or side walk. The game has a pretty good story but the game isn't that long, not one that will last for a long time. Didn't take me long to complete it, and there is no real insentive for playing it again.
Conclusion: This is a truly amazing game worth anyones five pounds! I downloaded and played the demo last night to test out the graphics on my sli rig and my jaw hit the floor!!..truly AMAZING graphics to say the least which i believe are very achievable on even lower spec systems. I was gobsmacked to find this game today for a fiver..very pleased as after completing the demo i wanted more and more!!
