Summary: The Police Quest series is an extremely underrated part of the classic Sierra canon of adventure games and many modern games such as "LA Noir" owe a lot to these titles. The games center on the character of Sonny Bonds, a police officer in the fictional city of Lytton.
Summary: I bought this excited that I could finally play the original pixelated version of Police Quest on my laptop, and must to my dismay, it is a horribly reproduced remake of the original. Seller should state this NOT the original 1987 version.
Great Series, But Somewhat Difficult to Play in Windows 8
4 November 2013
Summary: The Police Quest Collection is a great old game series with cool old fashioned graphics. However, I had a lot of trouble making it play on my Windows 8 computer. After I got it working (in DOSBox), it only occupied a tiny square on my high-resolution monitor.
Summary: Pllayed it many years ago and really liked the challenge. For the most part it is as it was then and graphics not what one would expect today, but in light of when originally available, it still looks good.
Summary: I like the game, however when I bought this game again and uploaded it on my new updated laptop it was very choppy and just did not work well because the game was to out dated. Requires an older version of windows to play.
Summary: This game is so much fun. Very challenging if it is your first time. The game colors were all messed up when I tried to use it with Windows 7, but I loaded it on an older computer that had Windows XP and it played fine.
