Summary: Well, I have to admit that it's a very pretty game, but I was largely disappointed in it. I actually bought it because I'm a huge fan of Morrowind, and I planned on getting it back when it was going to be Sea Dogs II, but it wasn't anything like I expected.
Summary: I was looking forward to this game for a long time. However, I found it to be annoyingly difficult. There is no level balance at all that I can see. You start out poor with poor equipment, which is fine except that everyone you run into can kill you in one swipe.
Summary: Apart from the title this game doesnt appear to have anything to do with the Johnny Depp movie of the same name. Yes it features pirates, yes it features boats and the Caribbean but it doesnt feature Jack Sparrow or any of the other cast of the movie in any form.
Summary: I heard about this game ages ago but i didnt buy it for a while, when i finally did play it, it met poorly to my high expectations. Having played Sea Dogs and having been impressed by it I found Potc hard and unrealistic.
Summary: I was so looking forward to this game, really I was. I'd seen all the screen shots but was held by the promise of an RPG at sea. At long last I wouldn't have to make the human/dwarf/elf or wizard/ranger/barbarian choice that begins so many RPGs. I would be a pirate!
Summary: This game was known as SeaDogs II until at some point in the development Disney stepped in and decided to tie the game to their Pirates of the Caribbean movie released this summer. The game has few ties to the movie except the name and the theme, which may not be such a good thing.
