S. Ace

Mr. S. J. Ace, Amazon
5 September 2008
  • Summary: It is unfortunate the guide is now so outdated. I do believe if you want to purchase a valid guide you can from the official PotBS forums. Which will be up to date. This is probably the most fun MMO I have ever played, any review that starts off with I didn't even get through the 30 day free trial...

Mr. C. Baverstock "The Baver", Amazon
9 April 2008
  • Summary: I dont understand all teh criticism for this game. Alright i was reluctant to buy it given the bad press but an overwhelming sense of Arrrr drove me to get it. This was not a mistake. I love this game more than I ever loved wow and I played that for two years.

Hooray! A great non-orc related game at last.

Toby Evans, Amazon
14 February 2008
  • Summary: This is a truly brilliant game. I am currently level 36 and the fun never stops. I must say I am surprised by some reviews stating that it is too complex. I am new to the Massively Multiplayer Online field (apart from dabbling with guild wars) and I find it very easy to get around.

Needs polishing, but good

Marius Johnsen "mag", Amazon
27 January 2008
  • Summary: As all new MMOs it obviously needs a good deal of polishing, but I believe it has a great potential. The economy is 100% player driver, be that for good or worse. You can cruise around in your lovley lil ship and yarr till your hearts content. Pirate, French(no thanks!), British or Spanish.

A new look on the MMO

Mr. R. Evans "welshrik", Amazon
25 December 2007
  • Summary: I've been playing the BETA and stopped playing WoW and Tabula Rasa. It really is a good game, the fun you have sailing and taking care of your ship is fantastic. The crafting is great - rather than just collect as you go along and craft every now and then, you have to plan, travel and look for plans...
