Summary: Great builder with plenty of challenging levels from easy to hard. Recreate Egypt "your way" but don't forget to please the Gods. Good clean fun for a change no foul language or shoot em up gore. I would recommend this game.
Summary: Great music, good graphics...I constantly come back to this game even though there are so many newer city building games out there. Some scenes have armies or navys, but its good for the whole family. Semi-educational as well.
Summary: I'm really glad I was able to find a cheap place to get a copy of this game, because I loved this game when I was younger, and I still love to play it. However, I wasn't able to get the Cleopatra expansion to work, compatibility mode or no. I'm not too miffed by this though, because to me it was just an nice extra perk.
Summary: I've owned and played this game for a number of years, and it still holds up. This is the best of the "city builder" games I've played. I loved Ceasar III, but it was plagued with some annoying bugs. Pharoah has solved those bugs. There are still some issues remaining, but this is the best even pushing 10 years later. The graphics are only 2D and compared to the new games, it is lacking.. but it still is visually appealing and lovely to see.
