Summary: This game has intrigued me somewhat. Nice prologue that makes the player wonder what is going to happen. You are a young man who has just buried your mother when a letter from your long vanished and presumed dead father arrives on your doorstep. He provides you with some information but implores you not to follow up on anything.
Summary: great collection, the first is fun and scary, but the second only perfects. puzzles are engaging and difficult if not frustrating at times since you have to figure them out for yourself with little to no clues. which isn't necessarily bad since most games hold your hand. graphics are great in second and expansion and not bad in overture. gameplay is fun but sometimes tame, till they surprise you that is.
Summary: I haven't played a whole lot of this game to be honest, but from what I have played of it, it's just like the other game in the series, Amnesia. Playing in a first person perspective, you mist interact with your environment to find clues, solve puzzles and hide from creepy creatures or sounds.
Summary: As other reviewers have noted, the atmosphere and ideas behind this game are great. However, I rate it lower because I found the gameplay to be, at times, frustrating. The puzzle and exploration aspects are fun. But in some parts of the game (notably the Requiem chapter, but others too), I found there was lots of jumping about, where if you jump at the wrong time or slip slightly on the keys you'll fall to your death and have to restart.
Summary: The story of these games (at least the first two) are excellent. The game play takes a couple trys to get right but the mechanics work. The graphics were to "my" standard and it was scary. There is nothing like the feeling you get as you hide from something you can't fight and it is what made this game so good!
