Summary: I spent more time scouring the internet for workarounds compared to actually playing the game. This is the most buggy game I ever played. I truly felt like a beta tester. How much Quality Assurance was done? The copyright date on the sleeve of the CD holder is 2010. However, I still had to download several game patches that had a release date of 2009. Atari couldn't slipstream the patches in to a product that was released a year later???
Summary: Installing updates got a lot of error messages so I am not sure if it worked (mostly missing file messages that may be for the expansion I have yet to install). Character movement is strange and appears to require using the mouse and WASD keys. Can't move the camera unless your character is moving AND you click the mouse to move the camera, or you move the mouse to the edge of the screen. Your character moves the way he is facing - NOT the way the camera is pointed.
Summary: This version seems to be a bugged release. The flickering issue with textures and shadows makes the game virtually unplayable. Could be a VRAM issue. I would not recommend this game to anyone with a macbook, even a brand new top of the line one is ha...
Summary: This game was so exciting when I first put it on, and played through the first level or so. Then slowly, I realized, the developers of this game didn't finish the game. I've encountered at *LEAST* 15 or so bugs in the game that stopped me from progressive further, I had to find debug commands online in order to continue playing. This sucked horribly. And if that wasn't enough. Then I started realizing and noticing other things.
Summary: If you purchase this game and expect it to be like the Monopoly games you play in your favorite casino, you will be very disapointed. Even though several of the real casino game titles are listed in the description, they are NOT included on this game. You will not find any of the video slot machines, 9 liners or bonus games. I am very disapointed with this product.
Summary: What's wrong with both of these Monopoly games is they are missing the BEST vegas monopoly game out there "Advance to Boardwalk" I'm still waiting for this one?? I returned the first monopoly casino to the store because the box showed a pictures of "Advance to Boardwalk" but not the game. And now the new one "Vegas edition" missed out on that game also... Why infogrames forgot this one is a mystery?? Could have sold more software?????????
Excerpt: "...visually appealing with the first Neverwinter Nights. The first of the never winter games was my all time favourite party based RPG, so you can probably imagine how excited I was about the arrival of a sequel. I ordered the game and waited impatiently for it to arrive through the post. It turned up. I was overjoyed. Into the DVD drive it went, and I installed away. I could hardly wait. Post installation, I fired the game up, and it detected ...
Pros: Based on a known system, with a great pedigree behind it
