To me this game sucks!

ronald "Ohhhhhhhhhh", Amazon
28 January 2014
  • Summary: Too hard to drive a simple car! You have to follow the line and still some races are too hard! They give you a random car and you have to race it and you can`t modify it. It would have been a good idea to give you a simulation test or a training stage to run all the cars or the basics.

On the Way Back

KRB, Amazon
21 January 2012
  • Summary: I wanted to like Need for Speed: Shift, I really did. As with other games I've recently purchased, my Thrustmaster Ferrari 5-in-1 was not recognized after the game was loaded on a Lenovo Pentium dual core computer with a 3.something processor. The test car that was going to measure my skills sat on the side of the track in the grass with a running motor.

BAD FOR PC!

Flw011, Amazon
23 November 2011
  • Summary: The game does not work for most PC games. the game freezes, doesnt work, or is slower then a turtle in the winter. this game is fun dont get me wrong, but for the PC it has the WORST qualities ever. even if you fix one problem, another pops up. i have tried the download from amazon, and the cd neither fix anything. EA messed up by putting a non PC tested game to the public. the problems are in plenty and the game is not worth the hassle.

BORING

PAUL K., Newegg
5 December 2010
  • Pros: None: EA better come up with something better is my kids won't even play it!
  • Cons: You spend all your time trying to control the cars, witch makes it hard to get too the next level in the.. Not to speak about how my time the game crashed or locked up! If they make a Need for Speed: Shift 2 don't waste your money!!!!

  • Summary: Bought NFS:Shift and loaded onto Windows 7, 64 bit platform. Nothing but problems and is still not working. Contacted EA Technical Support and they were sympathetic but in the end, of no help. This product should not be sold for the Windows 7 platform. EA should not continue to promote defective product.

Great game BUT....

JJ Scott, Amazon
13 May 2010
  • Summary: I wanted to let everyone know what happened to me after I bought this game. OK, the gameplay itself is incredible - if you love racing sims, this is the one for you. (Assuming your computer can handle it!) But that's not what my review is about. Here's what happened. I bought a NEW copy of the game, installed it using the unique activation code that came with the game - and I played it for a few months.
