Best racing game on the market for the PC
4 December 2014
Summary: I've done quite a bit of looking for decent racing games, and this is by far the best. I realize that is purely a subjective opinion, but this game truly needs to be seen to believed. It uses a physics engine, so every smashup is unique, not a canned video delivery. And the graphics are stunning (especially with the right graphics card). One caution: the right graphics card will probably exceed the capabilities of the 250-watt power supply installed in most computers.
Summary: This game may be old, but it sure does entertain! The system requirements are light, any computer can play this game as long as they are 32-bit or under! You start off with six or seven cars when you play as a racer, and 1 car as a cop, many can be unlocked through tournaments, knockouts, and hot pursuits. Pros and cons below...

Summary: my review's tittle pretty much sums it up. I bought the game (because of so much advertisement ) for my erands time but now its taking some of my study time (smh...). The hot-pursuit races are such thrills (especially when the helicopter flyes by to drop spike-strips a few yards further. You would get carried-away by the excitement and before you know it you wd be playing for hours, but i guess thats the goal (fun) right?
Summary: I bought a steering wheel to go with it and now the kids can play an arcade game at home as many times as they want. It's amazing how well my 8 year old son can play this. He keeps winning 1st place and he gets so excited.
Summary: Short and simple... I played until I (unfortunatelly) lend it and got back scratched!, then I started looking for another NFS hot persuit and found the nfs hot persuit 2... what a crap!, then I got the new NFS Hot Persuit by Criterion games... another piece of crap!, but at least it was fun for my 3 years old son and played until now(he is 5 years old). This Original is a classic I really, really miss it.
