  • Conclusion: Natural Selection 2 is one of the first games I’ve played that doesn’t just boast a teamwork mindset but actually delivers on it. Games like MAG made teamwork and leadership seem important but couldn’t make the idea of listening to other players enticing enough.

  • Summary: Some games are easy to pick up and play. Others require you to learn, improving and developing skills as you go. The multiplayer-only Natural Selection 2 proudly sits in the latter camp. The latter camp isn't for everyone, and that's okay.

  • Conclusion: Natural Selection 2 is a title that was ten years in the making by developer Unknown Worlds. Ever since the first release back in 2002, the concept of a PvP style game that wasn't just space marines blowing each other apart has intrigued people.
