Summary: As with all of Nancy Drew games, you get adventure and fun for all ages, whether you are male or female, does not matter they keep your interest with a mystery. This is one of my daughter's favorite, good story line, a lot of puzzles with a spooky back ground near a cemetery, which you get to explore. Bess is with you in New Orleans, where the mystery takes place and she does her own snooping and puzzle solving.
Summary: I received this game with hardly a wait at all. It's one I'd been excited to play when it came out, and it didn't disappoint. Excellent setting, and the puzzles/ mystery were pleasantly challenging and fun. Highly recommended to fellow ND fans.
Summary: I read several other reviews and agree with the ones that say this game is a let down from other ND adventures. You are stuck inside a house and gardens and it rains constantly. The puzzles are such that I often didn't know what I was supposed to do or why. This is especially true if you take breaks between play and forget certain bits of information that are not recorded anywhere. I resorted to the walkthrough several times, which is unusual for these games.
Summary: I have never played a Nancy Drew game and was pleasantly surprised. I have played quite a few games and figured I could be a senior detective but...I had to go with the Junior detective. Hopefully the next one I play I'll be able to be a senior now that I have some experience on what is expected.
Summary: I personally didn't like this game as much, I found it really confusing and its annoying how you have to go back and forth to the garden and house. Also its really dark, I wish things where a little brighter. Overall it was not my favorite and I would recommended a different one. I didn't even finish this game.
