FUN

  • Summary: Ok- I've written a couple of reviews for games like this and am writing them to help others find games that will suit their taste. The 13th Skull could perhaps be my all time favorite HO/Puzzle game. It is excellent. The storyline is delivered to you via live action snippets featuring the local residents. Although it may seem like yet another 'haunted house' scenario, it takes place in the bayou- and only partly inside a house.

Wow, Mystery Case Files brought something new to the table!!!!

  • Summary: Wow this game really surprised me by it's level of depth compared to the latter MCF games. The other games became boring after a while, but this game never gets old because it always sends you on a new quest to complete your objective. Definitely a must buy for anyone tired of the same old MCF.

Great Game - Try the non-collector's version if you're leery of a glitch

  • Summary: "13th Skull" is another excellent addition to the Mystery Case Files series. I think it is 4.5 stars, rounded up to 5 stars. I still don't think it's quite as engaging as "Return to Ravenhearst" and "Dire Grove", but it is very good. You cannot get bored, as it's a combination game with 23 hidden object screens, 17 mechanical puzzles, and lots of inventory objectives.

Superb puzzle game!

  • Summary: Terrific game with an excellent mixture of Puzzles, I Spy, and mystery clues. Our family (6 and 3 yr old children) played this with the computer hooked up to our projector. The kids loved the I Spy portion of the game! The puzzles were a great balance of challenging without any of them being impossible. Only complaint I have is that you aren't able to collect all of the hidden items the first time through the game.

CASE FLE 13 SKULLS-KEEPS YOUR MIND WORKING

  • Summary: This was a excellent game, good puzzles kept you thinking. Alot of back and forth between different places but again keeps you on your toes. Only part not so great was playing checkers, couldn't beat the guy no matter what finally just skipped that. The collecter edition had a good mystery too, quick but good. So enjoy!
