Summary: Excellent deal. The only thing I didn't like was that the disk needed to be in to play the games, but this is understandable. This was a Christmas gift for my mom who loves these types of games.
Summary: I cannot understand how this set of games got so many positive reviews. This was a terrible set of games. Unlike the King Quest series where you can roam around and explore all sorts of places, in this game you are locked in room until you gather all the clues and complete whatever investigation that needs to be done in the room.
Summary: It took me some time to get the controls down pat, but once I understood how it worked I liked it. You need to use the hint glass all the time and pay close attention or you will miss something.
Summary: The best thing I can say for these games is that the creators had good basic concepts. However, the realization was extremely flawed resulting in what could be a very frustrating gaming experience - particularly if you don't like constantly checking a walkthrough. All five games had similar problems. The stories were often bogged down with endless dialogue scenes which were made even more annoying by the fact that you have to prompt the game to continue several times.
