Good But Chalenging
17 October 2010
Summary: I played this game for years, and years. Probably from the time I was about 11 until now (16), and never once have I been board! This game in a seriouse challenge though, because you have to think not just about your horse and winning compotitions, but how your stable is doing. It takes a long time to start a good stable because you only start out with 1, not very good, mare and 1 stall.
Summary: I have owned the first game of this and lost it so i bought this one thinking it would be better. The graphics are worse and when you go out to ride it is really slow and is hard to ride and jump. There needs to be a money cheat for this game. It is extremely hard to play the game with such little ammount in the bank. Otherwise the game seems really fun.
Summary: The target age group for this game is 8 years and older. However, at age 19, I still get quite a lot of enjoyment out of this game, and I have yet to win the championship competition. On the surface, the game does appear typical of something a little girl would play. The graphics are cute but bland, and the riding portion itself is not very difficult. However, several things that are hugely great aspects of the game aren't even advertised by the company.
Summary: It's fun to play, but it has a serious error in the game. I have a pretty nice computer with brand new video and sound cards and I can't get this game to work properly. I'd try the older version. Its been almost a year that I've had this game and there still isn't a patch to fix the game. The competitions don't work so you can't get enough money and goals to win or continue the game forward. It's incredibly frustrating and I wouldn't waste your money.
Summary: I bought this for my daughter and she plays it all the time!! She loves horses and helps take care of our friends horses and says that this game is very realistic and she loves the way she can take care of the horse.
Summary: I agee that this game is very good, but yes, it does have one SERIOUS GLITCH! I cannot enter the L competition, and now I cannot complete the challenges, which means my game will not ever be able to progress like It should. Others have had this exact same problem, so its not my computer or disc.
Summary: This is a pretty fun game. I like how you can breed your horses and I've gotten some of the coolest colors (even though a bit unrealistic). The shows are at first fun and challenging, but eventually they get a little old and it's really hard to get past the second show. I mostly like it because of the breeding which really is a lot of fun!
Summary: This game is simular to "My Horse Farm" and is good when it comes to building your barn and having horses but when you want to compete in the tournament (after you passed the training) you go to town and sign up pay the $100.00 and it goes nowhere. Being this is one of the Challanges and unless you complete this you will not get another one and the reputation of your farm will not increase. I have yet to figure out if this is a problem with me or the game.
Summary: I have had this game for awhile. I like it, it is an ok game, the graphics are not that good but it you can get over that its really not that bad. I would say that anyone under the age of 11 would have a hard time playing this game because I am 15 and I would say thats it is hard to keep your horse farm going. What i found was the best way to do that is to keep breeding my horses. I do like the game and play it when i am bored but it is not addicting.
Summary: I love this game but does anyone know if "My Horse Farm: Welcome to Trotterville" is the same thing as this? Are these 2 different games or is that one a sequel? thanks. oh, and I highly reccomend this game.
