Summary: Not bad, but not a game that you are really compelled to come back and play if you take a break. Hope, as characterized in this game is an interesting way of tying together a lot of different things into one game, a refreshing approach compared to the gloom and doom tales that are used so commonly today. The game sort of put me off in the beginning due to the dialogs.
Summary: I have to agree with @farfromthefar. When the game started, I couldn't help but notice how juvenile the dialog was. But, if you skip that and get into the HO scenes, you see the great amount of detail that went into creating this game. I thought "Ah, I've finally found the next Great Gatsby of HOG's", but alas, then came "The Shade". If not for "The Shade", this would have been a top 5 entry for me.
Summary: At first I was excited by the load page, etc. I thought the graphics were lovely. Then I started the game and I'm afraid I am one of those who only lasted 15 minutes. I found the HO scenes to be very difficult to decipher, even with my HD screen. Not my cup of tea, but then, you can't please everyone. Give a try. Don't take my word for it.
