Not even close to the awesomeness that is Mount and blade warband.

Summary: I am a massive fan of Mount and blade series of games so I was kind of disappointed by this one .It felt like they removed almost all of the content of Mount and blade warband to add guns.I could go on and on about what they removed from the game but there has been plenty of other reviews that have...
Summary: Get Napoleonic wars, and you will want to look at Steam before you buy these games anyway so they are registered when you buy them. Regiments and clans communicate through Steam. This game basically made the footmen too powerful and the riflemen have basically no armor to work with.
Summary: The reason why I bought this was because I wanted a fresh RPG experience -quick- but didn't have any fresh money sitting in my internet bank account. So if you want that and download it via Amazon games- you got it. Also, I was playing on a dinosaur of a computer.
Summary: This game is actually very fun and addictive when you first install and play it. The horse mounted combat is by far the best aspect of the game. Everything else seems underdeveloped or just plain missing. There is no plot, the voice acting is non-existent or horrible.
Summary: Warband was much better. This one ruins it with guns. What's the fun of a game if I can just kill people from 50 yards away before they can get to me. Even with armor, bullets are usually insta-kill. And all the armor is completely ugly, although time-accurate.
Summary: First of all, the new things F&S does, it generally does well. I enjoyed the relaxed, "get-rich-quick" trading and the relatively more 'historical' setting. The gunpowder-era stuff is tons of fun, and the combat is even more interesting than before, between the lack of armor, the greater lethality...
Summary: Overall I would have to say I am disappointed with the game. I agree with many other people that it is a downgrade from the last installment of the Mount and Blade series. I was super excited for this game simply from looking at some descriptions and seeing a few people play it on youtube.
Summary: Disclaimer: Price has a part to do with this review. If the price of this collection were less than or equal to buying Warband and Fire and Ice, then this rating would skyrocket to a 5 for me. Read on to see why price is important for this review.
