Summary: I used the key and added it to my Steam collection. The game itself has very limited adjustable settings and only works with an xbox 360 controller. All of those things were to be expected. But to require me to pay for Xbox Live Gold to play online is a ridiculous requirement for a PC game.
Summary: Overview: Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection takes the original 3 Mortal Kombat games for the Super Nintendo (Or Sega Genesis) and packages them into one unit, upgraded to include online multiplayer, leaderboards, and achievements.
Summary: Sure, these old Mortal Kombat games have aged, but that's not the main reason to stay away from this "Kollection". It's simply a poor port that doesn't play well on the PC. There are several control issues, some sound glitches, and it just doesn't feel like much effort went into the final product.
Summary: Oh wow....I remember playing this colossal flaming pile of turd. A friend of mine rented this game from Blockbuster for a couple of days. And I wished we both could have taken back the time we wasted.
Summary: I know many of you don't remember the arcade version, but the graphic on the arcade version is great looking. Even today I still like the arcade version. The colors in the arcade version were as sharp as any of the time.
Summary: I admit I did put hours into this game being the hugh Mortal Kombat fan that I am. Gosh I'm sure happy this embarrassing MK game didn't ruin Subzero's career. It is a side scroller in which you are faced with many evil monks (oh, and they're all twins for some reason).
Summary: I have to admit I bought this game but, i am no idiot because I was an Mk fan. This game is exactly the same to the ps version but lacks better music and the loss of FMV due to N64 memory. Besides the story in this is quite messed up with sub zero if you compared his story in mk 1.
Summary: This is the "Steam" version of the game, meaning once you install from the disc, there's like 3-4 GB of downloading to be done, and could take ages if you do not have a fast connection. Took me close to 2 hours on a 4mbps. PS: Rating 2/5 for this particular item on sale. MK9 is 5/5, no doubt :)
