Summary: Pure HO searches, just in different formats. I personally didn't have a problem with the way they did the original Hidden Object Shows, but maybe the developers were thinking players would be bored of it, and tried something different - a theme, and storyline this time. I wouldn't say it backfired, but it also didn't make any sense. She was saving her Grandpa, but it never really explained who the guy was that kidnapped all those people and why.
Summary: This game seems not too bad the first hour or so. But then you realize it is just one repetition after the other. There is some kind of story, but it doesn't really influence the game. The bonus games keeps popping up when you least want it to pop up. And I seriously wonder whether the wheel of fortune does really alter the game playing order. Quite a disappointment for me. So just two stars and these go to the HOG's themselves, not to the remainder of the art work.
Summary: Personally I liked the first two Hidden Object show's. This one however was a really big disappointment. Seemed to have had very little creative thought put into it and should have stayed with the carnival/circus fun feel rather than trying to go with the creepy/scary theme so many other game makers do with much better sucess than this game. Try the demo version, if you like it, go for it, but for the most part I'm sorry I did.
Summary: I thought this 3rd installment was a very slight improvement of the previous games. Although the developers tried very hard in "improving" the game, it was still as boring as watching grass grow! With a little bit of story, it made it just a little bit interesting (as compared to previous releases!). Graphics were alright but the rest were boring. Gameplay was as usual repetitive. I had several "type of game mode" repeated 3 times consecutively & I was like "what the?!".
Summary: This game is pretty much a waste of time unless you are very young or just love games with no adventure. the games were boring, and many of them not any fun at all. I thought, in the reviews, that a lot of different games would be great but the games are so poor they do not make it worthwhile to buy the game.
Summary: This was another one of those games lurking around for awhile. Since I managed to lose the shortcut, I completely forgot about this one. I remembered why I stopped playing it because it looked like an endless series of HO scenes and mini-games. At that time, I thought it was going to be a long exciting game which was going to take some time to finish.
Summary: I too was very disappointed with Millionaire Manor: HOS. Both the music and game play were extremely repetitious, and the bonuses did nothing much, except interrupt the searches to find bits and pieces of hint stars. Mostly everything about MM was very weak. The environments and objects were not too bad, the objects clear, but the game really did not build, and the character artwork was very static.
Summary: The game was too short, many of modes were not entertaining, and scenes were repetitious. I knew when I bought it was going to be a HOG only, but I expected a longer, more varied game. Quite a disappointment and kind of boring. I would advise not to buy it.
Summary: I didn't expect to enjoy this game ... but was actually pleasantly surprised. I've been feeling a l'il bored with Interactive Hidden Object games in general and straight HOG's in particular, but in spite of that, I downloaded the one-hour trial. I'm so glad I did; what a fun game! Great graphics, good voice-acting, lots of unique and challenging puzzles, and a fun story-line. I strongly urge players to give this one a try ...
Summary: The game was ok if you like just hidden object games. No puzzles; just hidden objects to find. You spin a wheel and you either have to look for hidden objects, shadows of objects, or find the differences between scenes. I played for the hour to see if it eventually was more exciting. The whole game was easy and boring to me. I prefer the hidden object game with puzzles and challenges that work your brain. As I said; some may enjoy it.
