Classic RPGaming

Lionheart, Amazon
2 December 2012
  • Summary: The Might and Magic games were always the standard rpg gaming experience for me, until Origin came along and the whole 3d revolution began. But these games are classic, screen-by-screen, dungeon and dragon adventuring. And the adventuring is what's fun about them.

CPU enthusiast, Amazon

  • Summary: Just found this in my old CD stack and installed it not too long ago. Still fun even today. I find myself preferring this over even Oblivion. Pros: 1. Music is great. Best soundtrack for a game I have ever heard. 2. Game is inviting.

7 May 2007
  • Summary: This is a classic RPG style game. Graphics suck to todays standards but I really don't care, the game was very addictive. A warning to those who buy this. I doesn't work on newer systems.

Might and Magic One thru Six

Bruce Gray "gurpsgm", Amazon
6 November 2005
  • Summary: This great collection contains all six of 3DO's first Might and Magic games. And what a wonderful way to see the evolution of a video game. But I found "Mandate of Heaven" had a little steeper learning curve than I liked.

Little Disappointed.

  • Summary: I love Might and Magic. I have played 6-8 and was very excited thinking this was a new game. Save your money! Amazon did not do a very good job of representing this game. What you are buying is 1-5 to include 6. I already have 1-6.

LadyeCatte "mizzcatt", Amazon
30 June 2004
  • Summary: I bought this game three years ago, and there are sooo many ways to play it! For instance, you can win the game and save the world, or you can win the game but forget to do something important and the world is destroyed anyway! That's just one...

Impressive Improvement

Kindle Customer, Amazon
9 July 2000
  • Summary: Might and Magic VI: The Mandate of Heaven was an extreme improvement over its prequils. It's the first Might and Magic game to have an actual 3D world. Some may critisize the use of 2D sprites in the game. The reason for this is to save memory.
