Summary: This game seems like it would be great online, too bad that's not possible anymore. Don't buy if you are looking for mulitplayer, otherwise good game for the money. Game runs fine on my $750 PC, Nvidia 8600GT PCIE, AMD Dual Core 5600. Graphics and AI could use some updating, doesn't compare to the Call of Duty series, maybe COD 1.
Summary: Playability is good, to a point. There are missions within the game that once you take them, there is no backing away from them. If you don't complete them, TOUGH, you are locked into it forever, UNLESS you saved before, and didn't save over it with the nonsense of the self looping mission. Graphics are good I'm not a big fan of First Person Shooters, in fact, I hate them, this game is ok.
Summary: Great to blow things up and wreck havoc!! Buggy driving controls but who cares, you get to blow stuff up!!!!! Bought it since I sold my PS3 version some time back >__> But still an awesome fun game to pass time!
Summary: This is actually a pretty good game but it has some kinda glitch in it that causes it to freeze frames for two or three seconds every two minutes, pretty anoying. I bought the game because I had played the demo and thought it was kinda cool.
Summary: We bought it because Mercenaries one was really well thought out. It has a lot more. And you can side with any faction except for VZ. It is complex like the first one though some things have been taken away. You have to work for an engineer to get custom vehicles. You can not customize the vehicles. The helicopter pilot allows you fast transportation, the ability to pick up stray bombs and cash and to order vehicles and supplies.
Summary: I purchased this game because it was a FPS,but I found out it is a multiplayer game, not a single player,I don't play on line games. So this was a waste of money for me.The price was reasonable, and probably a good game,I just don't play online, and that is how to play as a single player in this game, unless I'm wrong!I wish the makers would specify this on the wrapping. They should say single player on line only!I wish I knew for sure that I was right, but I don't.
Summary: Mercenaries 2 is a nicely thought out game. It comes in CO-OP mode and single player. You play as a mercenary in Venezuela trying to do dirty deeds for different factions. The graphics are pretty good although not the very best. The main problem I encountered with this game is that the AI NPC's are buggy sometimes as they run against walls, look in the wrong direction and are just uncoordinated.
Summary: Not a great game really - I mean, the actual game play is fun but the obscure symbols and "clues" are very confusing and if you play the game a while and stop for a couple of days, good luck remembering what the little clues mean. There is no mention of these things in the printed material with the game so I had to go to game forums to find out what they meant and what you were supposed to do when you saw one.
Summary: - Superb graphics, so much that you wont be able to handle the high settings with 3gigs. The best I have seen in a game. They went all out with this area. - Buttons don't always work. The game does not run slow on my computer, but when you click a button the game does not always register it. On average this is not a problem.
