Great Game but if you go Digital get the Steam Version

Summary: I played this game and loved it over last couple days, but I got a friend to get a copy and join me, and found out I was missing a huge chunk of the game since I messed up and didn't by the steam code from amazon like I wanted to. Basically the one you get if you get the amazon digital copy is horribly outdated, like about 1 gig in patches outdated. Its missing 15 units, and tons of tweaks and fixes.
Summary: I love this game so much! Guns are more accurate and lethal, more units, and great multiplayer! The only gripe I have with this amazing $10 deal, is that it didn't come with the game editor! Does anyone know how to get it? I know it has one. I also activated it on Steam requires me to download it from them, I already downloaded it from Amazon, pain in the butt. But otherwise great game and fun, but short, campaign.
Summary: I was and still am a Company of heroes fan but assault squad has equalled and in some cases exceeded it. Dont get me wrong they are both great in their own rights !I love them both , as soon as i feel more accomplished i will try on line competition with assault squad!
Summary: This is a difficult game. It is a real time strategy game, with many levels. Most of which haven't been experienced because it has been difficult to get past a certain point in the game. The graphics are good, and things look like they ought to. It has good mechanics, and your soldiers won't fire at things they can't see. You can tell your soldiers not to fire at the enemy for sneak attacks. Flanking does work. Machine gun nests are difficult to get around.
Summary: Love both of these games. Loved the original, but like the original, the lack of a true skirmish mode is unacceptable. The skirmish mode the Assault Squad talks about is really just 15 missions with some degree of variance that you can play over and over again. If I hadn't downloaded, installed and run the Dynamic Campaign Generator for the original game with success and felt confident I could achieve the same success with these, I wouldn't have purchased them.
Summary: Is a good game,it has no bugs or glitches.I dont play the multiplayer, because i enjoy the campaign more, because its more about strategy and thinking and in multiplayer its mostly about who clicks faster and who rushes faster.
