Medal of Honor Airborne Does Not Work with Windows 8
Mrs. Audrey G. Schlifke, Amazon
13 April 2013
Summary: The above software installed fine but the solder lands in battle without any weapons in his hands in Windows 8. I opened a support case with EA Games. They acknowledged the problem but said a permanent fix would not be available for some time. They offered me 10 percent off on a newer EA Game. This game does work with Window 7 but not the current Windows 8.
My World Would Have Better Production Values If It Were My Way

Excerpt: My World My Way is a traditional RPG developed on what appears to be a fairly low budget by Global A, the developer of another Atlus translated title, Master of the Monster Lair. The two titles have quite a bit in common, including graphics, game play mechanics, and even a couple of recurring characters.
Summary: I got this as part of the MoH 10th Anniversary edition, not when it first came out. Since I didn't buy Pacific Assault either when it first came out, there was more bang for the buck (no pun intended). Now I just have to figure what to do with my old (and extra) copies of Allied Assault, Spearhead and Breakthrough. :) Here's a mix of the good and the bad: I'll have to start off with the utter stupidity of the installation process.
Summary: The MEDAL OF HONOR series were probably the BEST WWII FPS games available (with CODE OF HONOR and RETURN TO CASTLE WOLFENSTEIN a close 2nd and 3rd). The atmosphere, the feeling, the rush of being in the boots of WWII soldiers were unsurpassable! True, MoH-AIRBORN may not be at par with the first MoH games, yet it is the successor MoH-PACIFIC ASSAULT failed to become! New movement options (peak above and below), a few RPG sprinkles (weapons upgrades!
Medal Of Honor Airborne Could of Been Made A Better Game
T. Romano "Avid Gamer", Amazon

Summary: First of all, Medal of Honor Airborne only has six missions to play in and that is it. The game should have had at least twelve missions to play in it to be called a full version game. This game is suppose to be a full version game. Not a add-on or an expansion game. I feel like I have been ripped off by someone. Of the six missions, only the first four missions honor the brave soldiers that fought in World War II.
Excerpt: Let me first start off by saying that I have never been into the WWI/II gaming area of FPS but I have to hand to EA they have introduced me very well into this genre that is both entertaining and (if the facts are true) quite educating also. First off though we'll talk graphics and I think personally they are better than that of COD4 or even, dare I say it, on par with GTA4. I have to hand to EA, they've done a superb job with both the engine and gaming experience.
Excerpt: One can start a Medal of Honor review by saying two things. First off, Medal of Honor is very American. Always has been. You can tell that by the name, but its official, America won WW2, no one else. Secondly, following on from that, Medal of honor has always been the sort of First Person Shooter, where you typically play the one man army.
Conclusion: This is an okey game. What i like is the fact that you can land in any area you want after jumping of the plane, you can for example land on a high building and snipe all the germans you see. The game lools pretty good, buildings, weapons and people are nicely detailed.
