Airborne - nothing new
14 February 2011
Summary: A rather average shooter Downs: The 6 missions seemed to go fast, as tend to be the way with more recent shooters. The last three missions were better than the first, making for more challenign play. Ups: The upgrades on weapons were enjoyable, giving a reason to try every weapon out.
My World Would Have Better Production Values If It Were My Way

Excerpt: My World My Way is a traditional RPG developed on what appears to be a fairly low budget by Global A, the developer of another Atlus translated title, Master of the Monster Lair. The two titles have quite a bit in common, including graphics, game play mechanics, and even a couple of recurring characters.
Summary: Some people don't care for WW2 FPS games or think that they have been overdone, but I still think that there is a fun raw nature to it. This game takes a different approach into how you as the player are inserted in the beginning of a campaign. You get to parachute into different places and perhaps get a better approach to the enemy below you which is fun. The gameplay itself is pretty good with the upgrades to weapons as you use each one more.
Summary: I decided to try MOH on my laptop so I got the game. Unfortunately I don't have the necessary video hardware to make it happen. I installed it on my desktop and it works but even with 256MB HD26000 its choppy and sluggish at times. I think from now on I'll just stick to my consoles.
Summary: Let me first start off by saying that I have never been into the WWI/II gaming area of FPS but I have to hand to EA they have introduced me very well into this genre that is both entertaining and (if the facts are true) quite educating also. First off though we'll talk graphics and I think personally they are better than that of COD4 or even, dare I say it, on par with GTA4. I have to hand to EA, they've done a superb job with both the engine and gaming experience.
Conclusion: This is an okey game. What i like is the fact that you can land in any area you want after jumping of the plane, you can for example land on a high building and snipe all the germans you see. The game lools pretty good, buildings, weapons and people are nicely detailed.
Summary: This is a game that feels as though development has been stopped half way through with the attitude "that'll do". It feels as though it could be so much more, but in the end is just another Medal of Honor. To be honest, it almost seems that the game has not evolved from the first in the series. Don't get me wrong I do enjoy playing this game, however it just seems that for all the potential of the concept, there too many elements which spoil the game.
Pros: Vertical envelopment fighting, Ability to choose a landing/entry point
Cons: Maps are too small, Game is too short, Missions are too short, Idiotic Nazi super soldiers, Really bad rag doll effects shooting enemy
