Summary: it's a ok game, think it woulda done better if it was set in nyc instead of brazil, even though some of the game you play in nyc, remind me to much of lethal enforcers for sega genesis though, but the pc version runs great, but hey 5 bucks
Summary: I know how triple A titles now want to create a cinematic experience in a lot of the action games, but MAx payne 3 does this in a very intrusive manner. The cut scenes are well made but they constantly take control away from you while all you want to do is some uninterrupted bullet time. I can't say it's not fun but at least for me, it didn't not capture my attention enough for me to finish the game.
Summary: Max Payne the game was once hailed as The Matrix of video games - with cinematic special effects, twisted story lines and the feel of a psychedelic masterpiece that begs the question of reality vs. insanity. Max Payne two delve further into the madness and deepened the dark, haunting world of Max and Co. I remember reading the comics interspersed throughout the game, and feeling satisfied on every play and replay session.
Summary: There are problems in using the product. Installation is not happening as per the given guide-lines. There are issues with download of patches for updation as well as requirement of login into the social club.
Summary: More of the same. The first Max Payne is still the best and this is a just a pale shadow riding on the coattails of the namesake. It is OK if you buy the game cheap and go into it knowing that it is another installment in standard-fare shoot-em-ups. The story is so weak and unbelievable it only exists to string the character from one place to the next and provide a reason for the next shooting engagement to happen.
Summary: OK Max is in South America now...boozing and being a bum. But he can still run and shoot though he breathes heavy. Game is too chopped for worthless cutscenes. I think the devs think we like these or they want us to feel we think more gigs of dl is going to mean more gameplay. Not worth full price but for this price buy it and decide for yourself. When I am playing it is fun but when I am watching the cutscenes I am picking my nose.
Pros: Price when on sale Works fine on my i5 and 6870 and 16GB system RAM Graphics are good Same Max voice
Cons: Do you like cut scenes instead of playing? I don't Reminds one of 60's Batman...POW BAM Lot of pop-up words. No Mona Sax. Hard even on the "I Can Win" setting. Longer loads than I prefer
one of the better games of 2012, but quickly became dry

Summary: sandbox environment, good looking graphics, however sensitive on overclocked GPU. make sure if you run this game in an overclocked GPU, you feed it with enough juice. Edit: 7/7/2014 after playing it more since the original review. the game has gotten increasingly more and more linear and repetitive to a point of no longer challenging for the player. i've since stopped playing the game.

Summary: I've been a HUGE fan of Max Payne from the beginning. Max Payne 3 had great potential and has it's moments, but it's ultimately a flawed experience. The Good: -This game is as good looking as it gets. Skin tone, lighting, explosions, movement (particularly when shot), and backgrounds are just incredible. This is easily one of the best looking games I've ever seen. -Character movement is incredibly realistic.
Summary: I got this because Max Payne is one of the best shooter series out there. The statue is a bit plasticy and feels like it could fall apart really easily. The detail isn't all that great either but again the price tag on it isn't too high either. If you're a huge Max Payne fan and want something for the office or on that side desk, i recommend it but if you're a statue collector this is a pass.
