Summary: To find fish to catch in this game you need to go to the weeded areas on the map the lake-ideally fairly shallow water. I would recommend starting off on the gravel pit levels or the river ure.
Summary: Seemed like a nice fishing simulation and as I enjoy such games I bought it. First impression was very impressive graphics and the game play was pretty uncomplicated. "Great", I thought "now let's catch some fish". And there the problem arose. Where are the fish?
Summary: Matt Hayes fishing has got to be the ultimate fishing simulator ever! It has real life-like graphics, many lures/baits to choose from and many different species of fish including pike, perch, rainbow trout, brown trout and chub.
Summary: Matt Hayes total fishing as a television program astounded me, but nothing could prepare me for the sheer angling delight that is Matt Hayes Fishing for the PC.With the sheer diversity of fish species available to catch and the thrill of the fight being just as extraordinary.
Summary: Matt Hayes fishing is the most realistic and fun fishing game on the market. All rods, bait and even the smallest variation in the place you fish all contribute to the weight and type of fish caught. An absolutely fantastic game. I would definitely recommend it to any fishing fan.
Summary: Fishing is most enjoyable in nice settings, and this is where Matt Hayes fishing fails.Although there are 6/7 different scenes, they all seem the SAME. No variety, loch Neigh,Or Loch Lomond!! Otherwise it is fairly good, but a little boring, because of lack of variety. Padraic, kildare Ireland.
Summary: I am a huge fan of Matty and was hugely disappointed to find that this game brings hardly realistic to the table, all you have to do is use your fish finder get a shoal of fish select a good lure for the species cast out and as soon as the lure passes a fish its suddenly attracted to it, and i mean...
Summary: Of course the graphics aren't really state of the art, but they are actually pretty good once you've turned up the settings to max in the graphics options. The only thing that then lets it down is the appearance of the water from above, but once you've cast in all the action is underwater anyway.
