Summary: This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Citadel is a very good DLC but Bioware should have taken a piece of humble pie and made this a post ending DLC. From the beginning, It basically sets itself out to be one last hoorah with your squad-mates and its basically just that.
Summary: Remember all those squadmates that you wish you could have had by your side in Mass Effect 3? The Citadel DLC allows all/most of your old allies to return, and with little mention of the dark Reaper war raging on, the tone of this is a lot different. It has a villain that you love to hate, and the party that you get to throw makes you wish that you could replay it over and over again.
Summary: I'm still playing it but as a fan of the first two I can tell how they improve so much game after game. I can't believe how fluid (controls, graphics, conversations, animations..) everything is! My packaging came in great condition. Everything worked. The only thing I hate is Origin. You have to DOWNLOAD THIS GAME regardless. The game is not on any of the two CDs apparently.
Summary: The premise for this DLC was quite interesting: leave your normal team behind to go on an adventure with the morally ambiguous Aria. And the story itself is quite good, as there was interesting motivation and choices for a Paragon player to go through. However, the greatness of the Mass Effect universe is in its attention to detail and the creation of a world that feels alive and complex.
