Summary: I've had this game on the xbox 360 and the PC for awhile now, never gave a review for it before. But it is one of my favorite games this generation. The game play is great, it's a stealth game at heart without making it seem that way. If I were to describe the game I would say it's a cross between NES Ninja Gaiden(s) and Tenchu (PS1/PS2 era).
Summary: My review in a nutshell: + Fantastic gameplay based on stealth. Breaking lights, hiding behind objects, smoke bombs..etc + Tons of achievements and challenges offered in every mission. + Exceptionally beautiful art direction and visual effects + Enemy AI is challenging and adds a lot to the experimentation process + Unlocks are very satisfying and encourage you to test numerous approaches to accomplishing tasks + Story is interesting and easy to keep up with + Controls...
Summary: Great stealth game, the mechanics are just right (the game shows you what the enemies see, what they can hear and the controls are really tight). You can choose how to play the levels, you can kill everyone or you can avoid them all, but you can not just run in front of enemies because you will die fast. The rules are clear and the game is fair, if you want to try a stealth game, this one is one of the best out there.
Summary: One of the best indie game platformers I've played. I didn't think I would like this game as I don't generally like stealth games... however the movement is so fluid and quick it works flawlessly. And playing stealth adds a great difficulty setting as using stealth shows the more skilled approached. Great game.
Summary: I really liked KLEI's Shank games, so I was interested in this title and I must say - it's a must have. It's nothing like their Shank brawler games - Mark of the Ninja is a solid stealth-action 2d platformer which looks as good as it feels in gameplay (used keyboard). The only downside for some could be the dull plot.
Summary: What can be said about this? The stealthing is excellent, assassinations work nicely, terrorizing the targets is effective and thematic. Worth a couple of playthroughs, with different skill sets.
