Summary: runs perfect, no crashes no major bugs, i patched it right after the install. you can find the patch in a support post on the 2k site. i was also very surprise to find that even though this is a game from 2012 it updates the rosters to a close current date.
Summary: Loved and hated 2k10. It was fun, but boring. The opposing team never made errors. There were no in game injuries. The difficulty sliders were boring. Decided to try 2k12, mostly for the updated rosters. Ordered it, using the one day shipping, and got it. Had the problem with the frozen screen.
Summary: I like this game, but it has a number of bugs which a lot of sport games have, but some of these should have been taken care of prior to sending it out. for example, now that the 2012 season is over, I have to change the date on my computer to sometime within the 2012 regular season.
Summary: In the past, I would buy sports games every year (Madden and/or whatever baseball game was available) just to play the Franchise mode. The Show for my Playstation 2 was my least favorite--I was pretty unhappy with the overly complex format.
Summary: Having played PC baseball games since the old LaRussa series, I've resigned myself to the fact that software companies will never ever get it right. When you have no expectations, you can never be disappointed.
Summary: 2K Sports did a way better job with the one. It has way less problems then the 2011 version and the game play is more fun. There need to improve their graphics a bit and tighten up a few things, but they are moving in the right diretion in trying to knock out The Show.
Similar to last year, but worth it for PC baseball fans

Summary: Let me start by saying two things: 1) When one of the "new features" listed is "Tracks handpicked by SPIN magazine, featuring Cool Kids, Skrillex, The Joy Formidable, Grouplove, My Morning Jacket and more", I think it's safe to say that it's a slow year for new features.
Summary: This is a $27 game, and it plays like a ~$50 sports game, but the online experience is more of a $0 game (I say that because I've spent two days trying to find an online match so far with 0 played).
