22 January 2013
Summary: I bought because I use to play majesty 1 which was made 7 years before.... Its a very good game but lacks.... idk i just think it wasnt fun enough for a 7 year gap, but still very fun game, vs other games like it i recommend this one
Summary: Another Majesty 1 fan here. I really tried hard to like this game, but at best it is worse than Majesty 1 in every single way. If you play a game where you don't have direct control over your troops, then the guys have to have AT LEAST passable AI, but it's not there. Heroes are dumb as bricks, put a high reward up for a monster and watch all your rogues instantly run in and suicide.
Summary: A decent and well polished game that is let down by slow game-play and a lack of strategic depth. This is designed for people who love RPG type game but have always wanted to be on the other side of the action, as the omnipotent quest-giver pulling the strings of the hapless heroes. It does this very well and in many ways it makes you feel more like a king than most other strategy games out there.
Summary: this is a pretty fun game. i haven't gotten that far into it. this game takes up a lot of time. i can only play it if i know i'm not going to have to do anything that day. i really don't like wasting a lot of time on something like this but it is challenging, for me at least.
Summary: Majesty 2 is a real-time strategy game set in a high fantasy world with a medieval feel. Majesty 2 makes several changes to both the typical fantastic setting and the RTS formula, as did its predecessor, Majesty: The Fantasy Kingdom Sim. The player, styled as "the sovereign", serves the traditional role of directing the affairs of his own empire. However, the individual units are semi-autonomous.
Summary: Set in a land called Ardania, Majesty 2 tells the tale of a line of kings who united the land and cleansed it of all evil. In fact, the kings did their job so well that the last king, Leonard, was left without a foe to prove himself against, a rival to conquer or a threat to his prosperity. Hoping to prove worthy of the crown, Leonard and his court magicians summoned the Demonlord from Hell, who was much more dangerous than the ignorant people knew.
Summary: best features of the game: -actually plays without the cd once installed -runs smoothly without the quirks you find in other 3D sim games -all my favorite characters are still there from the original Majesty -I get to play this online -just as much fun as the original Majesty -very addicting!
