  • Summary: No deck editing, low rez stretched out, and a short campaign. The base game comes with only 11 challenges, 3 of which were unlocks. Multiplayer is clunky and has no mute function. This is a skeleton of what real Magic is like playing and not worth picking up for anyone.

  • Summary: This game while much more graphically enhanced than Micrprose's game of 1997 but doesn't hold a candle to its grandfather. I could write a novel on all the glitches, problems, rule coding errors but there really is no need as the one major problem it has ruins the game even if it was glitch free.

  • Summary: I just wanted to play a game where my son and I can build decks and play each other. Apparently such a game does not exist. You have to use the game's pre-made decks with very little customization allowed. The game is also extremely buggy on steam.

  • Summary: I was forced quitting several with a message "Server disconnected. Please make sure.. blah blah" even I play in the single player mode!?? I'd like to love this game. But wasting one hour just because server disconnection is unacceptable.

  • Summary: As I played the game, a number of issues came up. All the matches are timed, with separate timers for each player, but the game is unbelievably laggy for the small amout of information it has to transfer. I won and lost a few matches just because one of the players lagged whole minutes at a time.

  • Summary: The free to play part is shockingly short. Dishonest marketing where people will trap for spending huge amounts of money. And a HUGE pay to win factor is present. So don't trap for it people! But the game itself is fun if it was normally priced it will be a between 6 and 8.

  • Summary: This game isn't a magic: the gathering simulator. This game is where magic players go when they die if they've been bad. There is no deck customization. The decks make precons look cutting edge.

  • Summary: I like the overall idea of the game, but I prefer original card version. No deck editing, that's really annoying, if you could change some cards at will, several decks will become very useful.

  • Summary: terrible bugs ... sometimes my spells and creatures cause no damage to the enemy no deck editing ... terrible AI ... overpowered decks it is like magic for dummies don't get me wrong, this could be a great game but the developers took some terrible project decisions

  • Summary: I only gave this game a 1 as it is really the only option as far as online collectible card gaming goes. The game itself is great, everything else is atrocious. The server goes down constantly as it cannot support more than about 2500 people at a time.
