Boring and Childish

Summary: I do not know how the other reviewers found to be good. I thought it was geared to the under teen crowd. The graphics are cartoonish, the search and find boring and I got extremely tired of it constantly telling me that I needed to do something there. I understood it the first time but everytime your curser goes near the item it keeps telling you the same message.
Summary: I did not really like this game. You have to find objects but they are broken into pieces and that was really frustrating. Also, you have to use some of the objects in some way to find other objects in some cases the use of the objects is a bit obscure. There are these mini games some are okay but others are really annoying because although not really hard they are a pain to do on a computer.
fun-ish game for adults...but definitely bad story-telling

Summary: I liked the game. It was clear in your tasks, yet gave you freedom to go places. My favorite part was looking for the little gems in each scene, perhaps it was because it wasn't given or I just missed it, I had no clue they were even important to the game at all (I just thought they lead to a bonus or something). Well, spoiler! They do, and were a pain to find the ones you missed. Oh, Well. Whatever.
Summary: Wonderful graphics on this game. The story is neither here nor there for me. You find pieces of tools and once you have found a whole one, you will be able to use it to complete some task. Takes a lot of time and is challenging, but is still a casual game. Great to use as a getaway from the stress of life.
Summary: I love all the games in this box! It's non-stoppable. I have burned things in the oven, not even hearing the timer go off. OK, I am no great cook or rather my family suffers from me playing these games! Seriously, I love hidden object adventures and this is a great series. I can't wait to play the next one! I guess my family will have to call for take out when that happens.
Summary: I enjoyed Magic Encyclopedia First Story. The sequel Moonlight is harder to play. The pieces are tiny and and many are totally hidden in the dark spaces of the screen. The mini-games are tedious. Illusions is a great game. The mini games are way more fun. Can't wait for the sequel to this one. Be sure to download the latest drivers and sound card available for your comp for the best gaming experience.
Summary: Similar to Mortimer Beckett games in that you find parts of items and they can be used in different scenes. This game was not too difficult and yet offered a challenge. It also has good replay value. Fairly long. Great graphics.
Summary: I'm an over-60 gramma and love to play hidden object games. This one has great graphics and all the items you find are essential to the game. You have to find the pieces for each item, and some require you to complete other items to release the missing piece. You travel to various places around the world and all the items relate to the place you are visiting. The game gets progressively more difficult as you go along.
