Summary: this is a great game! I've wanted to play it since it came out and now i finally bought it! The storyline is very creative, missions are challenging yet very possible to beat. There are great features that similar games like gta and driver don't have such as the ability to throw away weapons and change the car from automatic to manual. Sweet game oldschool style!
One of the best 3rd person shooters ever! Great game!

Summary: This game is incredibly fun. The story is engaging and interesting, the missions are varied, and driving is a blast. This game includes "Free ride" mode which allows you to drive around town and do whatever you want. Incredibly fun!
Summary: This is one of the greatest if not the best game I have ever played! MAFIA, has it all, from an amazing story that looks like it could have been a movie, to intense action, and thrilling missions. This is a Must have for any PC gamer. the graphics for the time (2002) were unbeatable (and still looks better than a lot of games out today). I would absolutely recommend this game to any gamer, and let me say this, If you played this game on the Playstation 2 or the X-box.
MAFIA - Great game, awesome story, smooth gameplay.

Summary: I can't say enough about this game. I wear fedoras, smoke cigars, like nice cars and even nicer dames. I like shootin' my guns and creating civil unrest. My name's Tommy Angelo. X-taxi driver, MAFIA Enforcer! Yeah! If you like the Gangster genre, this game shines. It really puts you in the mood to do something criminal.....in a fun way. Read the reviews on-line, praise, praise and more praise. Christ, I hear the "Parking Lot" calling me!
Summary: I have played many excellent games; Halo, Max payne, GTA, (their sequals), but no game beats Mafia. Mafia is a 1st person shooter based in the 1930s during prohibition. You are a regular citizen who gets caught up in business with the Mafia, who soon turns into a regular mafioso. Throughout the game you play a wide variety of missions.
Summary: One, you must drive everywhere, frequently from one side of the massive city to the other. This is fun at first and later quite tiresome. Two, many missions consist of multiple objectives with no opportunity to save progress in between. If you die at any point you have to undertake the mission from the beginning. You'll find yourself driving the same route over and over only to face the same obstacles again and again. This can be frustrating.
Summary: This game is first class on virtually every level right down to the music. The only tight spot is learning to drive a car with the arrow keys. After some practice, a piece of cake. Every aspect of this game is played in a movie atmosphere very similar to Max Payne and just as brilliant. Unlike some games, this game is not linear and you can think your way through the episodes. This game can be purchased for about $10.00 in most stores and should be valued at 50!
Summary: My first video game review on RottenTomatoes, and actually, the first game I've gone all the way through since I registered here. I rented this game on PS2 a few weeks ago, and although I loved the story and the driving controls, I, like many other people I'm sure, just cannot seem to work a first person shooter on a console. It just doesn't work for me. I have to have keyboard and mouse, that's just the way an FPS was meant to be played.
