Summary: Great sim, not a game. But be warned: Though the software and sim are incredible, if you get online and start seeking help or start playing other "pilots" who really know this game inside and out, it will not be the missiles that annoy you - it will be the arrogant idiots you have to put up with who think that they are something special because they can pilot a software program in their basements.
Summary: Was hoping it worked on windows 7 64 bit. My old version of Lock-On Modern Air Combat for windows XP works fine, but once I delete that and load the new version CD that comes with the game the game freezes up on loading.
Summary: The simulator is in fact fantastic in most ways. To me personally it causes huge problems since I have found no way to move important functions to my joystick that has more than 10 buttons. I have flown Falcon 4 and Microsoft Flightsimulator in the past and fly Microsoft Flightsimulator X today and in them I can select what to control from the joystick and what functions to control from the keyboard.
Summary: The game is hard to get in to. I play FSX so I'm no flight sim beginner but ultimately I feel like this game is just too old to play. The graphics are dated. But as for actual game play, it is up to par.
