By far my sons favorite

Summary: My son had a birthday recently and I purchased a few new Lego titles for PC. This is by far my son's favorite game. It's very entertaining and the Lego humor is very much appreciated. This game goes all the way from the original film through 'On Stranger Tides.
Summary: Lego Pirates of the Caribbean was a fun game and I've already beat it with 100%. Because of my experience with other Lego games (in particular Indiana Jones, Harry Potter, and Lord of the Rings), the game was easy to navigate and fun to play. The music from the movies was awesome and I was pleasantly surprised to see how well it was incorporated in the game.
Summary: I enjoy playing this game with my 6 year-old. It has humor, puzzle solving, and replayability. The game is very similar to others in the Lego franchise, like Lego Star Wars and Lego Batman. My son enjoys those more, but I think that is because he isn't familiar with the Pirates movies.
Summary: While LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean is a nice enough game on any of the game consoles, that unfortunately does not translate to it's PC port. Both Windows and Mac versions contain graphics that are not nearly as good as console versions (with lots of object artifacts, lower resolution and poor colors). Both have difficult controls with slow game response. I realized that, unlike X-Box version, this one was essentially unplayable - after about 15 minutes.
