Crapware steam

Amazonreviewer, Amazon
26 June 2014
  • Summary: Before you download this game, be warned that it forces you to download "Steam" and create an account. From several reviews I've read from other sites outside of amazon, that it is "crapware" that wrecks your computer. I did not know this before purchasing this game. I immediately deleted the amazon downloader off my computer. I WILL NOT be playing this game. I'm so glad that I just took $10.85 and threw it out the window. Yay for wasting money.

Complicated time consuming download.

john sablosky, Amazon
24 December 2013
  • Summary: Wouldn't load, couldn't play. Requires third party server, and additional third party software. More trouble than it was worth, just to find it loads so slowly as to be unplayable.

Horrible

Amazon Customer "kids count", Amazon
10 February 2013
  • Summary: The worst thing about this product...hmmm...hard to choose just one. It required a download and subscription to "Steam" and, in my opinion, this was junk on my hard drive. The game itselfwasn't too bad, but not great either, and certainly not worth the hassle of dealing with the junk steam on my laptop.

Beware of privacy trap!

Customer, Amazon
15 December 2012
  • Summary: Be careful of the low $5 download price. This was the first time I tried a direct download. I assumed low price was a function of bypassing packaging and traditional distribution costs. Perhaps. But looks like the only way to download and use the game is if you first sign your life and privacy concerns away to the folks at Steam (Valve Inc) and give them free reign to collect whatever personally identifiable info they want to know about you.

Really tired of SecuRom trash

ConcreteGuy, Amazon
28 October 2012
  • Summary: Bought this game for my son's eighth birthday only to see the dissappointment when he was unable to play. You would think that after an entire year I would get a copy of the game that had been fixed, but no. Warner Brothers is still selling this screwed up game with no fix for the SecuRom errors. Thanks for nothing but headaches, WB and SecuRom go take a leap..

Seller still selling recalled products.. very irritating

Rosebud1187, Amazon
18 March 2012
  • Summary: I just received my pc game today (March 17th 2012) and after installing it, it gave me the error everyone is talking about.... Insert disc 2. This is apparently one of the recalled products. I was just unpleasantly surprised that it is still being sold when reviews have made it obvious that this was an issue with the original games.

Once again, DRM ruins the fun for paying customers

Justin Walker, Amazon
18 March 2012
  • Summary: As others have reported, due to a problem with the DRM, the game will install but won't play. Works fine if you replace the main game executable with a pirated one that removes the DRM. Bravo WB - way to prove yet again how you completely fail to understand the PC game market. I may as well have just pirated the game from the start! Quit punishing the paying customers and get rid of the DRM!
