Summary: I will no longer buy anything without first reading the reviews. I didn't think I would need to given that Lego Video Games have been out for a long time and I did not think I would have a problem. The Game is full of bugs & glitches. There are blogs sites everywhere about the problems and no resolution with the company. Too bad b/c the game is very entertaining.
Summary: Our family owns most of the LEGO games for the PC so we've come to expect some minor tech issues but LEGO Harry Potter is ridiculously bug-ridden. I can't recommend this game because of the lack of quality control and TT's categorical refusal to issue any patches. The game was released nearly half a year ago and they don't even address the issue on their site much less offer any fixes.
Summary: I have both the Windows version and the Wii version of this game and have not been able to complete the game with either version. Both my son and I have tried several times from the beginning to play the game through and have always run into some sort of glitch or crash the prevents us from completing the game. The developers have not patched or updated these games to fix the problems. Its sad because it is a fun game.
Summary: This game is AWESOME and so much more fun than I expected it to be. That is, until I got stuck in the dungeon. DO NOT buy this game until a PATCH is released! Save yourself the frustration!!!!
Summary: I love this game. It's just as good as the other Lego games of this sort. However, the game is very glitchy, freezes at certain points, and there's an error in the coding that gets you stuck in one room with absolutely no way to get out. The online gaming community seems to be very aware of it. There are rumors that the developer may be fixing it with a downloadable patch, but I haven't seen anything official. I recommend buying this, but wait until they've fixed it.
Summary: i have played all of the lego games on the psp and 10/10 but the harry potter game on psp is sh.... sorry but the one on wii.ps3.xbox360 are awesome dont by lego harry potter psp game if do gat a refund i hope i make myself usfull thank by anty lego harry potter psp dude
Summary: The game is fun and entertaining - right up until you get permanently stuck and have to restart the entire game. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to get out of a dungeon before I googled it and discovered it's a major glitch in the system - meaning you can't ever fully complete the game because you become completely and fully stuck in said dungeon. There's a red and yellow brick, and Mad Eye Moody in the dungeon.
Summary: This game is the biggest joke I've ever seen. Nothing, absolutely nothing would change my mind. This nothing compared to lego star wars 2, lego indy, or lego batman. Those games are classics. This game, However just sucks. It has worse graphics than the Nintendo and I ould NOT reccomend getting this. Get it for the xbox 360 or ps3 if you would get this!!!
Summary: I recently purchased LEGO Harry Potter for the PSP to play on a few hour long road trip while the wife drove. Yes, I'm 26 years old and bought LEGO Harry Potter, what can I say, I'm a fanboy. Anywhos, on the rant. I feel so cheated out of my hard earned $$$. If you are expecting the same level of fun and enjoyment you got out of the other LEGO games on PSP, don't be.
Summary: Like many other poor unfortunates, I bought Lego: Harry Potter - Years 1-4 (PSP) believing that I would get the same quality game as the previous Star Wars, Batman and Indiana Jones series of Lego games. I'm surprised that Traveller's Tales would pass off a poor DS port to PSP owners used to PS2 quality. They might not be making PS2 games any more but that should mean dedicated writing for the PSP and PSP Go. The NEW PS2 market.
