Summary: The biggest selling point about this game is that it's multi-player coop online. You have to work together in order to survive. Other than that, it's extremely repetitive and monotonous. The zombies swarm at you in predictable cycles. There are no puzzles or anything challenging to solve. Only rapidly shooting hordes of zombies. Which is very fun at first, but grows old very quickly. If someone gave me this game, I'd play it.
Summary: i bought the game (Left for dead 2) for my pc,I've played it and got addicted to it, the only problem in this game is the grahpics there is much better FPS games with better graphics such as cod etc.
Summary: I dont know why i bought this game. no story line, repetitve, and therefore just bored me into disliking it. ***EDIT*** my little brother, however really likes it, the online play seems to be its strong point with custom servers where you can build forts and stuff, toggle gravity effects and other cheats, and change your character into one of the zombie/monsters.
Summary: While I don't want all my game reviews here to be bad, as stated in a previous review of mine, I have played a lot of shooters in my day, and yes, I do have my favorites(the first left 4 dead being one of them, and I am very picky about what I will play and what I won't play), but this one didn't make the cut. To me, it seemed as if valve rushed it, and some of the characters in the game(the new ones) are a bit silly. For instance, the jockies.

Summary: I have been waiting for L4D2 For so long just to get disappointed. I want previous characters. They were so much fun. This new characters are boring. I don't want to play it because after first L4D it seems so different. I wish next L4D be better with story line and characters of course. Stop killing them on other consoles. We want to be able to play them. Be it a campaign or a death matches. And now the good part: loads of weapons, and new zombies.
Summary: Overall I like this game, but have some issues with it. I have a new Dell desk top, but Valve seems to have problems "recognizing" my Radeon grapics card. At certain points in each campaign I find the jerking and stuttering, making it hard to move or aim. I should mention that I have only played the "solo" game so far...and in "easy" mode. Also, several times I have found myself "stuck" due to me either jumping onto something, or being hit into an area.
Great Game, but useless if you have no internet connection

Summary: STEAM is the worst that could ever happen to great games such as Left 4 Dead and Team fortress... There is absolutely no way you can play the game that you OWN, unless you register every single time on the STEAM network... So if you are planning to play it from your desktop at home only where you have internet connection 24/7, by all means purchase it.. its great..
Summary: the overall game was okay, single not much, this seems to be more of a polished multiplayer game then singleplayer, the only let down for me is that this game lacks a storyline, this game is nothing more than shooting zombies no story mode whatsoever, just run and live and shoot and help, there are no real missions, unlike most games theres a point to a game to follow through but this game lakes just that, other than that, this game is a online game for co-op and...
