Summary: Left4Dead2 is a first person shooter that allows you to kill hordes of zombies... It does get repetitive after a while and the story line could be better. The best part is that each "stage" is treated like a zombie movie and at the end credits roll stating things like "378 zombies were killed during the filming of this movie". It was fun to play, but it would be so much better if the story line was improved and some really good cut scenes were added.
Summary: When I first got it I didn't know it was going to take like two days to download from Steam. It's very nice on single player. Don't bother trying to play online if you have a windows 8.1, trust me because you'll just be wasting you time contacting steam support and they will take you on a 2 or 3 week goose chase around the net and on your computer, and eventually you will end up reformatting your whole computer again.
Summary: Overall I like this game, but have some issues with it. I have a new Dell desk top, but Valve seems to have problems "recognizing" my Radeon grapics card. At certain points in each campaign I find the jerking and stuttering, making it hard to move or aim. I should mention that I have only played the "solo" game so far...and in "easy" mode. Also, several times I have found myself "stuck" due to me either jumping onto something, or being hit into an area.
Summary: the overall game was okay, single not much, this seems to be more of a polished multiplayer game then singleplayer, the only let down for me is that this game lacks a storyline, this game is nothing more than shooting zombies no story mode whatsoever, just run and live and shoot and help, there are no real missions, unlike most games theres a point to a game to follow through but this game lakes just that, other than that, this game is a online game for co-op and...
Summary: I played the original L4D on my brother's XBox 360 a couple times before his 360 gave up the ghost. He subsequently bought a PS3 instead so I never had a chance to go back and play it again. But the few times we played it together (co-op, not online), it was a lot of fun. So I read the reviews for L4D2 after I bought a new gaming PC and thought, this would be a great sequel. I'll pick it up, order two controllers, and invite my brother over to play.
Summary: The game itself is good but the characters are slightly annoying. I wish they would have just continued to use the characters from the first because I really can't stand the stupid things these characters say. If you can ignore the characters, though. It's a good game. The addition of more special infected has made it a lot more interesting and made versus mode a lot more challenging.
