Summary: I felt like calling this Laura Jones and the Super Short Trip to Gates of Good and Evil, honestly! A good easy game, puzzles are easy to figure out, unlimited hints (so many you actually don't need them all, which is nice) a decent (if short) storyline and good mini-games lend this HOG something special I finished it in less than four hours with many breaks, and I never closed it, so cannot vouch for its lack of saving your progress.
Summary: Shorter than most yes but I only paid $3.49 from BF so not a worry to me.I enjoyed it as I was not in the mood for taxing puzzles I also play most my games over at least a couple of days so this created a problem with this game for me as if I logged out on a puzzle it doesn,t save where you were up to which infuriated me on the last game so I knew I could not leave it without finishing it. Over all I would recommend.
Summary: Really good game! Decided to give this one a try this afternoon - was glad I did. One thing I was happy about was it was not so dark and dreary as other games of this genre. Also, the puzzles - in the sequence of the game AND the mini games were both fun and not so hard I got frustrated. Many of the mini games are original.
Summary: This is a nice game but I felt it was more for beginners or the younger crowd. Objects not hard to find and the mini games were not anything new. Hints are all over the place so I did not find it a challenge. Storyline was ok and graphics ok. Just not a lot of fun and you really can only play it once.
Summary: This game was recently a Big Fish Toolbar Daily Deal, and so for $3, I figured why not? In any case, the hidden object portions are very easy for an experienced player, as are most of the minigames. I ended up finishing the whole thing in an hour and a half, and it really doesn't have any replay value. Although the final puzzle is fine, the ending is ridiculous as others have already pointed out. In any case, it was OK for $3; I'm just glad I didn't pay more.
Summary: Entertaining game with nice graphics and cute story. Lots of variety. Lots of hints and ability to skip mini-games good for less experienced players. Experienced players will find the puzzles rather easy. That and the abrupt, anti-climatic ending made this game lose a star. Don't just tell me I restored the balance of good and evil with a dialogue box--give me some closure, darn it.
Summary: A very short and unsatisfactory game. Although the mixture of HO and adventure is good, the final product seems rushed up. You can finish it in an hour and a half! Not replay value also. Liked Mysteryville but disappointed in this one!
Summary: I really enjoyed this game. It reminded me of Azada because not only do you have to find the items but then you have to figure out how to use them. I thought it was well done and the graphics were great. The ending was too abrupt but all in all, I would give it a thumbs up.
