Summary: I don't have much to add to the main review or what's already been written by users. I'm a big fan of word games and I try pretty much every one that comes along. KrissX started slowly and didn't build up much during the demo. So I decided not to buy the game because I like to be challenged, especially with word games (ie: learn new words). And this one is admittedly too easy.
Summary: Pros: Colorful graphics; educational Cons: Limited replayability; small, repeating vocabulary; can't turn off voices/tutorials This isn't a new game (came out January on console and March as a PC download), but it's new at BFG. As the reviewer said, the graphics are well done and very colorful, and that's where the superlatives end. All modes are locked except Quest mode; the puzzles start out boringly easy and stay that way for a large number of levels.
Summary: I like word games but this one isn't for me. It's got cute graphics and the gameplay is very good, but it's a little too easy for adults. I'm going to assume it was designed for children or for adults to play with their kids and that's who I would recommend it for.
Summary: KrissX (criss cross) is a well put together, cute game. It's not well suited for an adult for the most part. I played the demo out of curiosity and I really liked it. You are required to switch letter in words ranging from three to six letters and you receive badges for speed and for catching colored discs that fly from the finished word. You unlock different levels such as being timed, by performing well. This game requires a quick mind and good spelling skills.
