Bland, boring and uninspired

Summary: This game plays fine, but is just lacking anything mind-blowing or unique. It feels like they tried to capitalize on the success of other games with similar settings without actually making themselves stand out.
Summary: Decent game if it were not for the Origins software that comes with it. You cannot play it without a internet connection. After a couple of weeks it made me do the log in and created a user ID again which lost all my data. Uninstalled it.
Summary: I bought this when it was pretty cheap and I had read good reviews about it. It was just not what I expected. I like RPGs that are more D&D, medieval in setting and artwork - darker and grittier - Like Titan Quest and Diablo. This is more fanciful with brighter, cartoonish colors.
... game on sale in hopes it would be a good time killer until some other games came out
26 March 2014
Summary: I got this game on sale in hopes it would be a good time killer until some other games came out. Graphically, the game looks great. I like the aesthetics of the world they developed and it runs smooth on my mid-level PC.
Summary: There web site says my code has been used, I was not able to download product, by the time I got the required software and membership, the above is all I get.. Spent a half hour with their tech support to no avail. Bahh Humbug
Playling Like An Offline MMO, Reckoning Misses the Point of Singleplayer
M. MacMahon, Amazon
23 June 2013
Summary: Have you ever looked at an MMO like World of Warcraft or Star Trek Online and thought "I wish they could patch this so I could play it as a singleplayer game?" Reckoning heard your pleas and decided to make a singleplayer RPG that feels just like an MMO but without the other people.
Summary: The game itself is kind of sad. Soo many bugs, had to restart the entire game about 3 times just because my charecter got stuck in certain parts of the game and couldnt move. Googled the issue and all forums pretty much said restart your game and start back from the beginning.
Summary: I bought the game as a pc dvd, and still it had to be downloaded from the internet, which took forever. And that's just the beginning. Every time I go to start the game, it takes forever to load. And if you don't stay synced with the cloud server on your saves, watch out.
Summary: I've read though a fair few of the reviews for this game, and on the whole people seem pretty positive about it. The graphics are nice, despite the characters looking a little.. stretched.. at times.. but it's Tod McFarlane, so I wasn't exactly expecting anotomical correctness.
