One of the better stories ever told via video game
Jake Kiehl "YDR", Amazon

Summary: I struggle to give this game an accurate overall rating, because it's very difficult. The story is the best I have ever experienced in Video games, bar none. Better than any Final Fantasy, even better than my old personal favorite, Silent Hill 2. I will not spoil anything, but I simply can not give the story enough praise!
Completely unique game that captures you from the start
The Fleast of Us, Amazon
12 November 2012
Summary: From the moment you start the game you can tell something bad is going to happen. This story captures you from the moment you pick up the controller to the moment you put it down. As always my reviews are separated into 3 categories. Story, Gameplay, and Characters with more weight to story. Story: 8.5/10 Man this story just grabs you and doesn't let go. You start as a man/mercenary that is trying to find a cure for his sick daughter.
Summary: I don't believe that this game received enough credit from the critics and mainstream reviews. I was tetering on the edge of not purchasing NIER but the price was reasonable and there aren't too terribly many RPG's available for the PS3. I wasn't expecting a fantasy, RPG game of the caliber of the Final Fantasy franchise, but I have some faith in Square Enix. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by NIER.
Summary: The game is actually fun. I read alot of reviews before buying this title and most of them are divided. This game is what i call a love/hate game. I personally like it, although it has some weaknessess (graphics, boring quests) but i find myself intrigued by the story.
Summary: A new approach from Square-Enix which is a combination of Hack/Slash with RPG elements. The question is, should you buy this game or is this game the type of game for you? Graphics: 8/10 Overall the graphics are pretty good with the exception of the background and the building structures in the game being very bland and have no details at all. If you are looking for a God of War or Final Fantasy XIII graphics type of game, sorry this is not close to those two games.
James Cameron's Avatar: The Game (PC): Save the Tree of Souls !
3 July 2013
Summary: I bought Avatar for PC a couple of years ago for about £8 online. The price has dropped since it was released ( just before the actual film ) and maybe even cheaper. No one has reviewed this for PC so I thought I would. I loved the scenery in the film , and when I saw a clip on you tube of the graphics I bought it just for that.
Pros: relaxing and also challenging
Cons: may be to big for old pc's or not hard enough for some gamers
Conclusion: Firstly, this game easily earns a 3 1/2 star rating, but obviously i cant do that. i didnt want to degrade it to 3 as it honestly deserves better than that, so i uprated it to 4 because its actually a decent game, unlike the usual mirriad of unfinished code that development houses tend to lump on the consumer in time for film release deadlines these days.
Conclusion: Very good simply put. I don't play movie title games, but having seen the movie and enjoying the world that was created, I thought i'd give Avatar on PC a go. Visuals are stunning. My PC isn't the best, 3 years old with an ATI 3850 512mb AGP card, and it plays Avatar maxed. If you enjoyed the movie, you WILL enjoy this game. It's great fun.
