Different but Good

AwareWolf "CSD", Amazon
8 May 2013
  • Summary: Yes, it is a little different from previous JA games, but aren't improvements supposed to be better? This has a real tactical feel as far as timing is concerned. In no other game have I ever had to consider my gun speed. When your merc fires, there is this tiny second ticker that displays...

Great game for the detail buff

WALLY WONDERFUL, Amazon
3 February 2013
  • Summary: If you like a detail oriented strategy game with a myriad of outcomes in each battle then you will love this game. I spent 493 hours over a period of 4 months totally absorbed in it. It may be too tedious for some people unless you enjoy micro managing your combatants.

JA2 BiA - Amazing Game - Pros and Cons

Dirtylimerick, Amazon
1 May 2012
  • Summary: So you're reading this trying to get a feel of what the game will be like? Well, I'm here to tell you that it is absolutely worth it. At release, the game was far from finished but as of right now, the latest patch has fixed many of the silly things that should have never been a problem in the first...

Awesome game. Well worth the money

Dr. Yes, Amazon
2 March 2012
  • Summary: I have played all of the previous Jagged Alliance games and I loved them, it was so much fun to guide your squads and kill all the enemies. I thought I liked turn based better than the real time variety (which I had played in x-com apocalypse and disliked). This game changed my mind completely.

I love this game despite its faults!

WarCenturion, Amazon
19 February 2012
  • Summary: NOW READ THIS--the game DOES have faults, it is by no means perfect--but I've played FAR bigger budget games that had far less attention to detail in the environments and gameplay, and most of all--this game is FUN!!!!

Way better than the 'original'

J. P. Saunders "Jon", Amazon
26 June 2014
  • Summary: Although not strictly turn-based or isometric this sticks closely to the ideas of the release way back in the 90s and rocks. Quite a few flaws but more than made up for by the unusual and fun gameplay.

A good game

Mat the Mic, Amazon
26 May 2012
  • Summary: I liked the earlier versions of this game and this one does not disappoint. Its easy to use and very compelling ( over 80 hours in a few weeks , there a couple of small draw backs. 1- No way or repairing armor or clothes. 2:- Characters getting stuck on people in game.

Great game

Archer "H", Amazon
20 February 2012
  • Summary: I really like this game. There's a real shortage of good tactical / strategic military games for PC players and this fills that gap perfectly. I've enjoyed the Silent Storm, Men of War and X-Com games and this is is a similar vein, although not turn-based the option to stop the action and plan our...
