Don't buy if you have Windows 7!!!!
Khristine Stain, Amazon
30 December 2012
Summary: Lo and behold, this product only works with Windows Xp & Vista. It should have said that all over the seller page in the description because I wouldn't have wasted any money on a pc game that won't install on my daughters 64 bit Win 7 laptop.
Summary: The game installed beautifully, but did not make it past a very early stage of the game. The model make-up application part of the game totally shuts down the whole operation. When I tried to apply make-up to a face,it went black (the face) and would not undo. At this point the only way to make anything happen is to hit escape, and after this the game credits run on and on and on until I turn off the computer. Can't give a good review at this time.
Summary: I've tried all the fashion games. I'm over 40. This, by far, is one of the best fashion games I've ever played. Fashion Solitaire and JoJo's Fashion Show World Tour rate highly. But, to me, this game is the best! The level of user creativity is quite high. I only wish Ubisoft would create new clothes templates. You need a solid graphics card (and a relative new computer) to handle the graphics. I've played this game the past 3 years and seldom grow tired of it.
Summary: I love the game and it works great with my laptop but I originally purchased it so my kid sister could play with it. It didn't work on our brand new house computer and the video card was more than up to date. Oh well, me and my sister had some bonded quality time since she always came to me and we'll play together. The storyline is more for preteen but otherwise a very nice selection for a girly children's game.
Summary: I decided to buy this game at my local Gamestop, to AT LEAST give it a try. Well, it's...... What's the word? Okay. Some of the content is for adults and the fashions are a little skimpy... I wouldn't reccomend this for kids under 10. After a month or so without playing this game, I decided to play it again. But I had so much profiles, whenever I tried to load a box would pop up, forcing me to close the game and I was frustrated. But readers, I found a way to fix it.
Summary: My friend ordered this game, but could never complete it because it glitches 80% of the way through. I ordered it and mine does the same thing. I'd send it back, but can't find the shipping label. Game is no good to me. Would love to send it back and get my money back for it....
Summary: I bought the game as a Christmas gift for my 10 year old daughter. The game seemed to be fantastic. Game Vendor (the reseller) did a great job: on time and well packaged. But the game requires certain types of video cards which are not properly advised on the "Product Features" section. I have a brand new desktop (recently bought), very powerful 2Quand Processor 1.66 Ghz and 4 Gb Ram. No way.
Summary: We bought this game for my 10 year old daughter who is ALL about fashion. Game runs well, but has several bugs, one which will not allow you to save your 'progress' so she has started over several times IN TEARS about losing her game. It also has her spending a HUGE amount of time WALKING her character around, a complete waste of time, only to 'chat' with other characters and they don't interact, other than to tell her character with attitude, I don't have time to talk...
Summary: I discovered this game at gamstop, a game store in my area. so i decided to buy it. It was OK. you can do free mode, which lets your imagination run wild. The makeup is my favorite, overall. there are so many creative colors, of course, thats what fashions all about! overall, i'd reccomend this for girls ages 8 and up.
