Summary: I bought this game a little blindly, it's not very often you see a games where you get to play AS a dragon. But after it arrived and I started it up, I couldn't put it down. You choose from 3 different dragons, which are all quite different from each other. You travel across quite a big map with vastly different terrains, fighting monsters and defending cities.
Summary: I am not disappointed at all with this product. I must admit, however, that if you don't have a proper computer the animation will be a little choppy and slow. Make sure to look over your computer and make sure it's updated properly, with updated video, before purchasing.
Summary: I read and re-read the reviews on this computer game and figured that it wouldnt crash on my computer; I own a windows vista E-machine but lo and behold it did after playing it for more than a mire twenty mintues it crashed so i hit the ESC = escape key and down it went. Yet i was particuatly in saving the games that i played just in case it did crash and each time i play it after twenty minutes it crashes.
Summary: This game was pretty good, it sucked you couldn't land on the ground and terrorize that way, but still a pretty good game. If you love dragons and love to play as them, then it's a fun game. if you are looking for an incredabley in depth and detailed plot and uest system, unfortunatley you have to look else where. But if you want to be a big ferocious looking dragon destroying and rampaging then for a few hours this is the best lol.
Summary: I love this game. The funnest part is just flying around blowing stuff up. Other reviewers have said it's buggy but I haven't encountered any problems at all on any of my computers. It's a great game.
Summary: why anyone would want to pay the outrageous sums of money that people are asking this for is beyond me since you can get this at compusa for around $10 (or at some compusa's... I've seen a few copies at my local store.. don't know about other stores).
Summary: The game could be a lot of fun, however, it is so buggy that it is nearly unplayable on many computers. I wouldn't advocate any kind of piracy, but if you are thinking about buying, I would strongly recommend finding someone with a copy and making sure it will actually run on your computer before spending any money on your own copy. The game is in serious need of a patch, however, none is forthcoming, and the publisher seems unintersted in fixing the many known problems.
Summary: I won't go into how great a game this is; others have mentioned the choices/replayabilty etc already. I just wanted to let those interested know: 1) "yes, it works on XP/SP2" ... 2) you can buy it at strategyfirst for twenty bucks Being physically disabled/limited manual dexterity doesn't permit me to play any flying games; luckily, Dragons don't crash :-) I wanted to thank Tiffany Bates(...see AUG 17th post) for her XP fix.
Summary: Normally my old Windows 2000 is used for things like Myst III and Masterpiece, but I found out about this game in advance on a dragon forum. My brother and I put togther our allowences to pay for it, and we got it at the local Comp USA. On my old Winows 2000, it loads in reasonable time, a minute or two at most. (including diffrent areas) The game has three speeds- and personally I use the fastest so I don't have to upgrade my wing speed too much.
