Summary: The game is ok for about 3 hours then its like... Wheres all the pts.. I played about 20 hours beat the game but I never had more than 10 patients at a time which was REALLY BORING. It was a 2 DR to 1 PT ratio....
Summary: There is a problem with simulation games, and that is that it's easy to have them turn into generic click-fests. Without dynamic challenges, you're soon forced into repeating the same tasks, sucking all the charm from everything. And unfortunately, that about wraps up Hospital Tycoon.
Summary: This game is riddled with bugs, I kept having to start a level over because something would get stuck. Even with all that, I beat it the day after I got it. Very easy once you figure it out. Overall I liked it, but it was too easy to beat and too buggy.
Summary: This game was very boring because there was hardly any challenge at all and there's not much to do. Get Theme Hospital instead. The promotional materials make a big deal about how the doctors have different personalities but this doesn't seem to affect game play in any way.
Summary: I played this game in storymode for a day or two. Here are my main points of criticism: * There is an aerial view, but you can't use it to place new rooms. * Staff is hard to direct; you can't just pick them up and place them where they're needed.
Summary: My copy of this game worked OK after some initial bugginess, so I do not share the same concerns expressed by the earlier review. I guess my concern is that even the fully-functional version is not highly playable.
Excerpt: bought this game after completing the theme hospital game, from the look of the game I thought it'd be the same thing with some new levels. It was similar, the idea of the game is the same to build and improve upon ready built hospitals by placing new rooms, equipment, decor and managing staff.
Summary: I was hoping this game would be a good replacment for Theme Hospital, it does capture most of the fun and feel of TH. Hospital Tycoon is fun for a while, but then it gets boring. You will never have many patients in your hospital, so your hospital will be a ghost hospital.
