  • Summary: I cannot begin to imagine how is it possible that this game gets some 7s or 8s... It's beyond me. From the menu to the very first gameplay seconds it is quite obvious that this is a game of very poor quality.

  • Summary: If you are in the market for this kind of game I'd just go with Amnesia. It's fun...ish. It does a great job with the mood, just not with the actual gameplay. Also, I got it free with my GTX 770 and yet it maxes out my card while lagging like crazy unless you modify some of the files.

Midnights, Metacritic

  • Summary: This game is completely disappointment. It had great potential with all these scary stuff like hospitals witches, religious beliefs etc. but when you look at the game all you can find is ; get the memorial pages, unlock the sigil and open the next door.

Venatius, Metacritic

  • Summary: The principle "hook" of Home is the theoretical amount of responsiveness the game has to what you do/learn. Unfortunately, this aspect is seriously buggy and ultimately amounts to little more than your character offering tiny little blurbs that affirm "Yes, I did that/saw that.

Doing Little With a Promising Premise

Etrigan, Game Informer
22 August 2013
  • Summary: Interactive storytelling has evolved considerably from the text based adventures of the days of yore. More recently, series such as Ace Attorney, Professor Layton, and 999/Virtue's Last Reward have provided gamers a largely text based adventure interspaced with interactive sequences in order to keep...

OCritic, Amazon
29 April 2013
  • Summary: This simulator gives you roads that are two line, no traffic, few road signs, five driving locations, that looks the same as the previous one. A good practice for those who haven't simulated driving. Not suitable to compliment driving lessons with professional instructor.

FrostyReviews, Metacritic
13 January 2013
  • Summary: This is not a recommendation for the game at all really. The game itself was on average, boring. I am not the kind of guy to like to play these games, it was mainly focused on a male walking around, you doing the clicking, and him doing the actions.

Accelerator-kun, Metacritic
25 December 2012
  • Summary: This game is a huge delusion. I was expecting a horror game... but this is not horror at all. The game starts well, but then... Yaaawn. After 10 minutes the fear goes to zero. The story is also bad, it's just a contest to make you read some boring text screens.

SgtWeetabix, Metacritic
24 November 2012
  • Summary: I believe that home is a HUGE disappointment. mainly because of the fact you cant save your game so therefore if you make a single mistake you have to restart to entire story, and then once you've gotten past the section of the game where you made you previous mistake if you make another you have to...

Capture card crashed after one year...

Alejandro Rios, Amazon
22 November 2005
  • Summary: I bought this kit by March, 2004, and it crashed just after one year of usage. First, the captured video skips frequently, and later, won't capture any video at all. One year warranty expired just before the problems begun.
