  • Summary: Simple addictive no brainer action game set against the backdrop of an apocalypse. Pick your class and kill a horde loads of evil creatures leveling up all the way and maybe save humanity or not.

It was a good run

  • Summary: This game was ahead of it's time when FSS was still around. It's sad they went under. This game was great and everything worked as advertised. Condition was great too. I still have it, just for the fond memories.

In very good condition. But...

  • Summary: The CD was in very good condition, it says "Has some wear to it, but in good shape" Or something, well, I received it and the CD looked brand new. I'm overall happy with it, didn't come with the booklet or comic (which is fine, I don't care). The only complaint I have, which is why I'm only rating it 4 stars, is that it didn't come with a product key so I could install the game. Luckily, I found another one.

  • Summary: This was an amazing game! A little old and the multiplayer servers sadly went down but the single-player is phenomenal!

  • Summary: Great game, released too early. The game is full of unique weapons and gameplay elements, and feels like a killer action RPG with subtle touches of Diablo influence. However, aside from creatures from another dimension, there is no 'ripoff' from Diablo. The game is not the typical top-down ARPG like Diablo. It is no clone. Admittedly, the random areas are not really, and the game has bugs.

Hellgate: Old one, but a good one

Ryan, Amazon

  • Summary: I saw this game a few years ago, and after I began to build computers, I decided to track this one down, and frankly, I wasn't too disappointed with it. Ordering and delivery times were good and simplified, so there is no confusion to what's going on. Graphics, for an older engine, looked nice. It's almost like a modern version of Diablo if I can compare the two in terms of churhces being converted to demonic bastions.

Bryan M. Miller, Amazon
11 November 2010
  • Summary: Was a fun game, but online no longer exsists, I see only 1 review that has this, so plz don't waste your money on a game who's major selling point is online. Was a fun game while it lasted and that wasn't for very long.

Another example of MMORPG Company gone DEFUNCT

Kevin Meade, Amazon
2 October 2010
  • Summary: The company that made this game is out of business. So there are no servers hosting the game anymore. Such is the way of things w/pay-to-play games. So many games going bad or being dropped. Fortunately this game has a viable single player option unlike many other games that can't be played except with an online connection. As a single player game it is pretty good. Install it, type in the key, and go. Just don't look for any updates.

HEXAL, Metacritic
5 September 2010
  • Summary: horrifically underrated game, Hellgate: London is a great game that will provide great fun while playing and provides replay value for the different class types. this game provides an immersive storyline, if sloppily presented. too many people think that visuals and super realistic gameplay mechanics are the most important things in a game nowadays.
