Summary: This was a pretty good game even if we have played it several times before. The opening of this was really well done with your plane crashing into the ocean. Then it feels sort of llke deja-vu. You are trapped on this island along with several other lost souls. You meet them one by one and each gives you a task of something they have lost and would like you to find. One a watch, another a broken heart etc etc. In the end you must reunite lost lovers in the afterlife.
Summary: Haunting Mysteries: Island of Lost Souls CE is a typical HO game, with an interesting story line and unique ghosts. gobab has an excellent review of the story line. Nothing is especially creepy, but you are on an island with old buildings so you can expect some darker scenes, but no gore. Graphics were clear; most HO scenes items were well hidden while still large enough to see. Many HO scenes are interactive; something must be done to find something else.
Summary: From Fuzzy Bug comes an interesting story set in a longish iHOG that leans more toward adventure than HO scenes, though it has plenty of both. The voice-overs are good, the setting is "dark and stormy", the music is subtle and appropo, there's a lot of scenes to explore, and its setting is northern Scotland. You crash your plane near a remote island, and come across an ancient tale of wedding couple whose day was ruined by a lord who wanted the bride for himself.

The reasons it failed to impress me are mostly the ones of the many of the latest: - the story starts once again by crashing with the plane (I can build a transportation line with the amount of planes, cars, boats and even trains that I crashed in the games) on a cursed island with one wicked ghost and some...
