Summary: Never written a review before so not sure what some of the initials mean but here goes. Stuck at the bronze horseman inn with no help from the hint button, looking for a hammer cannot find, cannot go a head with the game, cannot find a walkthrough either which I have only just heard about. So do not give many stars for the bronze horseman or recommended it novice players.
Summary: Pretty run-of-the-mill adventure HOG featuring a the same creepy little demon from Queen of Spades. Not as good as the earlier Haunted Legends IMO, and I have complaints about mislabeling of objects (slippers are not sneakers, etc), length of hint refill wait time (hints needed as some items located in black screen areas), and the fact that there is no map and zero "what to do next" hints. I actually got the SE in which BFG had mistakenly retained the SG.
Summary: I played this game thinking it was along the same lines of Queen of Spades but it wasn't. Even the bonus feature was sort of disappointing. It had the same basis of QOS but something was missing. To this day I still don't know what. The only way I could describe how this game was was that it was just plain flat. It barely focused on the bronze horseman as much as I thought it would. I don't know if I missed anything or not.
Summary: Excellent game. I thoroughly enjoyed playing it. The graphics are amazing, right down to the smallest detail. ERS did not disappoint me. I've played all their games so far. If I were to have a complaint...it would be that in the hidden object scenes, they sometimes call an object something else than it is, making it frustrating to find. An example would be they asked for a picture, and it was a camera they wanted, or they asked for a glass and it was a mug etc.
Summary: Another fantastic adventure HOG. Well drawn, good 'atmosphere', good storyline and plenty to do. I liked the quirky music. I really liked the fact that the bonus game was as well thought out and you could play that in advanced mode - I hate games where all of a sudden for the bonus chapter there are sparkles everywhere.
Summary: A nice addition to the Haunted Legends series. The little stinker SG is back again to steal souls from another village. As in most recent ERS games, the graphics are excellent, a lot of locations to explore and the HO scenes are just right for smooth game flow. It seemed though the background music was the same one that they had used in their last few releases. Mini-games were pretty much the garden variety and varied from simple to moderate.
Summary: Haunted Legends: The Bronze Horseman is another success by ERS Studio, but I found the game too easy even in the advanced mode. I loved the storyline and purchased the CE which I regretted after playing it. What is getting to me with these CEs is that now not only are they flooding the market, but some of them end strangely even with the CE. I think most people will love this game, it has a wonderful fall, halloween-like feel to it, and it's fun.
Summary: Again ERS proves to be the best in graphic design. Beautiful scenery and characters. Storyline is ok and the music and sounds are pleasant to listen to, The ending is a bit abrupt. I would have given 5 stars if the puzzles had been more challenging. Far too easy and the game overall is not difficult. No need for a strategy guide.
