wanted to play it online with my xbox to usb controller
1 February 2011
Summary: I liked how nice the game looked on the pc vs xbox. i wanted to play it online, with a xbox to usb with an adapter... but when i wen't to play the game instead of shooting with the R button, it was the L3 button... and instead of hitting with the b its now the x button.. and the x is y... its not the controller or the driver settings... because my other games work fine... its just the halo 2 for pc game settings for a controller are incorrect.
Summary: Halo2 is a game designed to run on Vista ONLY. However Microsoft has added some code to Windows7 to allow you to run it there. It is a fun game in the Average plus range almost to good, but not quite. It is not in the same league as COD:Black Ops although it is better than the Original Halo. I bought the game to see just how it would fare at a LAN Party and I think it might be OK although todate I have been playing through the single player portion first.
Pros: High quality graphics Good campaign Good mixed role of characters in the game The introduction of improved weapons, and vehicles The environments available to play in The introduction of newer enemies The option to play with an Xbox controller
Cons: Only available on Windows Vista (which is a mediocre OS) Online multi player is a bit slow at times The new controls (such as dual weaponry) is a bit difficult to control on a keyboard and mouse Installing difficulties
Summary: I looked the review of some gamers that played this game... And the game's rating is so low... I don't know if it's good but I know that all the microsoft games are the best games that we can play. Halo 2 is a game that you need to beat the convenants and this could lead us to a interesting world.
Summary: Halo 2 wasn't quite as good as the first of the series. The storyline was just a bit confusing in my opinion. Though, what really got me is the multiplayer modes. I mean, you'll have a hell of a time playing this online! Still, I was expecting more out of Microsoft.
